The Columbia Housing and Redevelopment Corporation’s mission is to provide outstanding affordable housing and redevelopment services to improve the quality of life for residents and the community.

Meetings

The board meets at 4:00 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of the month at the Columbia Housing and Redevelopment Corporation located at 101 Penny Lane, Columbia, TN 38401. In the event of official holidays, scheduling conflicts or inclement weather, meetings may be rescheduled.
