Vice Mayor Randy McBroom

Randy McBroom serves as the Vice Mayor of the City of Columbia and is driven by a deep-rooted desire to make a meaningful impact. He brings a unique blend of practical experience and academic knowledge to his role in public service, drawing from a career background in Residential Construction and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tennessee Tech. Throughout his tenure, Vice Mayor McBroom has prioritized a sensible approach to address both immediate challenges and long-term goals, striving to create a better tomorrow for the community he loves.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Vice Mayor McBroom finds fulfillment and joy in his family life. Married to his wife, Joy, for 41 years, they have raised three children, Jennifer, Nathan, and Caroline, and proudly dote on their five grandchildren, Millie, Sutton, Crosby, Crockett, and Holland Claire.
