The City of Columbia is inviting professional artists to submit their qualifications for the creation of public sculpture installations to be permanently displayed outdoors in the Columbia Arts District and in historic downtown Columbia, Tennessee. The art installations will be an integral part of the new streetscape in the Columbia Arts District and in front of City Hall representing the city. These public sculptures serve to inspire further development of the arts, culture, and tourism in Columbia.

Sealed qualifications are due no later than 2:00 PM CT, Monday, November 6, 2023. Submissions may be hand-delivered to the City, sent by US Mail or private courier, or submitted electronically through the vendor registry.
