The City of Columbia City Council Meeting (Voting Session) is held on the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall located at 700 N Garden Street. This meeting is the formal voting session of the City Council, where official action is taken on agenda items. Public comments are limited to items listed on the meeting agenda.

It is the policy of the City of Columbia that all City-sponsored public meetings and events are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Anyone needing assistance to participate in a meeting or event due to a disability, as defined under the ADA, should contact the City’s ADA Coordinator at 931-560-1570 or by email at least three business days prior to the scheduled meeting or event to request an accommodation.

In the event of official holidays, scheduling conflicts or inclement weather, meetings may be rescheduled.
