Any business or individual that sells, stores, transports, distributes, purchases, or possesses alcoholic beverages is subject to applicable local and state regulations.

• First-time applicants are required to apply online through the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) to obtain the appropriate state license and permit
