Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association, or other organization must obtain a permit before conducting a yard sale within the City limits.
$5 permit fee for two consecutive days
Allowed two permits per calendar year for each location
Print and complete the yard sale permit application and bring to the City Recorder's Office at City Hall located at 700 N Garden Street to receive your permit
